Welcome to Apposodier. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Apposodier website, services, and products, including the booking of workshops and purchase of products (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are using our Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that organization.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

4. Workshop Bookings and Cancellations

4.1 Booking Process

To book a workshop, you must provide accurate and complete information as required by our booking system. Upon successful completion of your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your booking.

4.2 Payment

All workshop fees are in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable VAT. Payment for workshops is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the workshop date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before the workshop date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date: No refund.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to [email protected]. The cancellation date will be the date the request is received.

4.4 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your workshop attendance once at no additional cost if notification is given at least 7 days before the original workshop date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the original workshop date will incur a 25% rescheduling fee.

4.5 Workshop Changes or Cancellations by Apposodier

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of a workshop cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Apposodier, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Swedish and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services
• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit the Services in any way without our prior written permission
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any portion of the Services
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods on the Services
• Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Services

5.4 Workshop Materials

Any materials provided to you as part of a workshop are for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. User Content

You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("User Content") through the Services. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the User Content you post
• The User Content is accurate and not misleading
• The User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law
• The User Content will not cause injury to any person or entity

We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Apposodier, an Apposodier employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
• Use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
• Use the Services to send advertising or promotional material, including spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Services
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Services for any purpose
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful

8. Workshop Participation

8.1 Safety

When participating in workshops, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by workshop instructors
• Use safety equipment as directed
• Inform instructors of any health conditions that may affect your participation
• Not attend workshops while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

8.2 Liability Waiver

By participating in our workshops, you acknowledge that working with concrete and related materials involves certain risks. You agree to assume responsibility for your own safety and well-being during the workshop. More details are provided in the "Limitation of Liability" section below.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. APPOSODIER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, APPOSODIER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT
• PARTICIPATION IN WORKSHOPS OR USE OF PRODUCTS CREATED DURING WORKSHOPS

IN NO EVENT SHALL APPOSODIER'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO APPOSODIER FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES OR PARTICIPATING IN WORKSHOPS, AS APPLICABLE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apposodier, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apposodier regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
